We have become aware that some members may have missed our notice last year regarding online bill pay. The association does not offer online bill pay and we are not associated with any company that claims to offer it on our behalf. We are aware of two companies claiming to allow you to pay your water bill online, they are Doxo and BillAffairs. We are not associated with them, and we do not believe that we have ever received payments from them. Unfortunately we are unable to get our profiles removed by those companies.

Most banks offer an online bill pay option, and that is a safe and secure way to pay us, since they mail a physical check to us.
